Cllr Mrs Sherwood raised the issue of the boundary changes; the consultation closes on 7th September. The Clerk will forward the email again; it was agreed the Councillors would contact Cllr Keys from Yoxall PC to discuss the matter further.
Cllr Smith reported she and Cllr Bott had visited the Meynell, and had come away from the meeting feeling positive. However, the situation has worsened: live music in the courtyard; no social distancing; evidence of drug dealing; serving underage drinkers. People have complained to Cllr Smith and are keeping a log of events. The licensing authorities are visiting the pub later this week. Cllr Bott will write to Howard Thacker, MD of Berkeley Inns, expressing the concerns of people who live nearby.
Cllr Sherwood asked about funds to make repairs to the benches and the bus shelter; this will be discussed at the next meeting.
She has contacted Gregson Groundworks regarding the repair of the speed gate on Lower Hoar Cross Road.
