Cllr Mrs Smith welcomed everyone to the Meeting.

 

Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting 2022

The Minutes were signed as a true representation of the Meeting.

 

Matters arising not covered by the Agenda

There were no matters arising.

 

Annual Reports of the Council

Highways             Cllr Mrs Smith explained that Cllr Mrs Patterson will be the Cllr responsible for

Highways.

Planning               Cllr Mrs Smith explained that planning applications were discussed at the Meetings; Cllr

Mrs Baxter will be the Cllr responsible for planning.

Environment      Cllr Mrs Prince reported that litter is an ongoing issue, and she thanked the people who

picked up the litter.  There is a problem with glasses being left around The Meynell; Cllr Mrs

Smith said she would go in and ask that the glasses be collected.

Footpaths           Cllr Mrs Sherwood reported that the fingerpost at Ladysmith Farm is missing.

 

Accounts for year ending 31st March 2023/Budget for 2023-24

Cllr Mrs Smith reviewed the accounts/budget.

Questions/comments from members of the public

The issues of noise from The Meynell and lights from the Primary Works on Thorney Lanes were raised; Cllr Mrs Sherwood agreed to talk to Tim Allen regarding the lights.
